PPP project is won by Tunnel Engineering-Second Highway Engineering consortium

[Abstract]：
Coordinated by CCCC Northwest Regional Headquarters, the consortium of Tunnel Engineering and Second Highway Engineering has recently won the bid for the PPP project of the Ledu-Hualong section of Ceke-Mohan Highway (G213) in Qinghai Province, with a total investment of 6,998 million yuan.
The project is the first PPP highway project in Qinghai. With a construction period of four years, an operation period of not more than 25 years and a full length of 53.6 kilometers, the project will be operated in the mode of "BOT + government shareholding + equity transfer + EPC".
